A specialist school in Reading is offering an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to work closely with pupils who face social, emotional, and mental health challenges. This role bridges academic theory and real-world practice, making it an excellent foundation for future postgraduate training.
In this Psychology Graduate role, you'll support pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, anxiety, SEMH, and trauma-related behaviours, helping them build confidence, emotional resilience, and engagement with learning.
You'll gain experience in:
* Applying psychological principles in an educational setting
* Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
* Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* Assisting with personalised support plans and interventions
* Working alongside SEN teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams
Role details:
* Location: Reading
* Pay: £89-£100 per day
* Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
* Start: ASAP
* Contract: Long-term
