About the Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be at the heart of operations, providing essential administrative support and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and represent the organisation with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on sales, enquiries, and progress towards targets to keep the team informed and motivated.
2. Administrative Support: Assist the Director with various tasks, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
3. Building Launches & Events: Set up new projects on Salesforce, prepare essential documentation for launches, and collaborate with the Manager on database lists.
4. Salesforce Management: Maintain and update Salesforce. Be the first point of contact for daily queries, set up new users, and prepare reports and dashboards.
5. Sales Administration: Create and distribute price lists, manage agency agreements, and process international sales reservations. Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies.
6. Webinars: Use software to set up and assist in the marketing and delivery of engaging webinars.
7. Marketing Support: Create PowerPoint presentations and support the sales and marketing team at various events.
8. Sales Manuals: Review and ensure that all departmental manuals are up-to-date and fully documented.
9. Legal Completions: Assist the Customer Relationship Team with preparations for completions, including documentation, metre readings, and gift preparations.
What We're Looking For:

11. Previous experience in a sales admin role
12. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
13. Strong planning and organisational abilities.
14. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
15. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (this will be tested at interview)
16. Ability to manage your workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
17. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems would be a plus!
