Role Description
Centara Ltd is seeking a dedicated Land Surveyor for a full-time, on-site role located in Wakefield. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land and topographic surveys, operating surveying equipment such as total stations, performing building and measured surveys, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires accurate data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports and drawings using CAD software to support various projects. Collaboration with the engineering and CAD teams is also an essential part of daily activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Land Surveying, Topographic Surveys, and Total Station operation
Experience of n4ce software
Experience in Building Surveying and Measured Surveys
Experience of utility surveys
MBS/ laser Scanning
Knowledge of Surveying techniques and industry standards
Ability to prepare accurate CAD and drawing documentation
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
High level of technical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for interdepartmental collaboration
Relevant qualifications in surveying, geomatics, or civil engineering preferred
