Main duties of the job
We enjoy the benefits of a GP triage system withour wonderful Reception team who are fantastic at signposting to the manyresources available to them. We have lowhome visiting rates and non-onerous duty surgeries along with much higherlevels of clinician autonomy for the working day than strict appointment-basedsystems. This allows us to meet daily ina convivial, nurturing, learning and coffee-fuelled safe space. And we can walk to Waitrose for lunch!
About us
We are a happy and supportive 12k patient Practicein both a central Bath Georgian listed townhouse, and a purpose-built modernbranch in Bathampton. We are proud to bea successful GP training Practice, and our friendly GPs are ably assisted by ourexperienced prescribing ANPs, Paramedic (to support acute same day access), anda full complementary team of clinical and support staff. We offer capped duty clinics to ensure theclinical team are not overwhelmed with endless capacity. We have embedded twin pharmacy businesses anda dental practice all of whom we enjoy close cooperation with. We operate modified GP telephone triage usingTPP SystmOne in a paper light environment with excellent IT provision andsupport.
