We're looking for a skilled and motivated Greenkeeper with groundwork experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and has a hands-on approach to all aspects of turf and grounds maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and prepare playing surfaces, lawns, and landscaped areas to a high standard
* Operate and maintain turf machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
* Carry out grass cutting, strimming, edging, aeration, top dressing, and turf repairs
* Assist with groundworks including drainage, turf installation, paths, and basic landscaping
* Support seasonal renovation and project work across the grounds
* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company and site regulations
* Carrying out all aspects of grounds maintenance work on client's sites to the highest standard and accordance with maintenance plans and site specifications
Requirements
* Previous experience as a greenkeeper, groundsman, or in a similar outdoor maintenance role
* Basic groundwork or landscaping experience (e.g. drainage, levelling, turfing, concreting)
* Good practical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
* Full UK driving licence
* Must be willing to travel to and from sites

Pay: £15.82-£20.63 per hour
