Were looking for a reliable and experienced multiskilled tradesperson to join our team on ongoing loft conversion projects in the Newcastle upon Tyne area.
? Key Skills Required:
Joinery / Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
Basic roofing work (dormers, Velux installation)
Plasterboarding and minor plastering
Basic plumbing and electrics (desirable, not essential)
General building knowledge
Ability to read drawings and work independently

Consistent work on quality loft conversions
£200 per day (paid weekly)

Own tools and transport
Valid CSCS card (preferred)
