What you’ll be doing:
As our Client Services Officer, you'll be right at the heart of delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. Here's a flavour of what you’ll get involved in:
1. Coordinating client meetings, events, and engagement activities, making sure everything runs smoothly from agendas to follow-ups.
2. Supporting the preparation and delivery of client reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
3. Keeping our client relationship systems accurate and up to date, while tracking client needs to help shape service improvements.
4. Collaborating closely with teams across the business – from Investments to Operations – to deliver consistently excellent service.
5. Helping to refine our client service processes and ensuring everything aligns with our regulatory obligations and client-focused values.
