Overview
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is an NHS organisation. This vacancy is for a CAMHS receptionist/Administrator to provide reception and administrative support to the multi-disciplinary teams within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, including the CAMHS Clinical Information Hub (CCIH).
Responsibilities
* Reception and administrative support to CAMHS teams and the CAMHS switchboard/CCIH.
* Referral processing on the WCCIS system, booking appointments, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
* Answer general queries from families, professionals and colleagues and signpost as appropriate.
* Undertake adhoc administrative duties as needed.

Requirements
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* RSA stage 1/2 word processing or typing equivalent or demonstrable experience.
Desirable criteria
* Information Technology/ECDL full passport.
Experience
Essential criteria
* Relevant receptionist/customer service experience; experience of working in an office; experience of working within a team.
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working within an NHS organisation/Health Setting or operating a busy switchboard.
Knowledge/Skills
Essential criteria
* Knowledge of PowerPoint; experience with Excel/database/Microsoft packages; keyboard skills.
Desirable criteria
* Ability to speak Welsh; excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
