Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing services and generating new business opportunities.
Establish strong relationships with prospects over the phone.
Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for senior team members.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and progress within the CRM system.
Proactively follow up on warm leads and inbound enquiries to maximise conversion.
Support the wider sales team in achieving targets and business growth.
Stay up to date with industry knowledge, with particular focus on property management and real estate.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or telemarketing.
Confident, professional, and persuasive telephone manner.
Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
Resilient, motivated, and target-driven.
Experience in property management or real estate (desirable but not essential).
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
