Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow the conveyancing team, driving performance and best practice
* Manage and oversee a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
* Take a central role in strategic planning and business development
* Support and mentor junior solicitors and conveyancers
* Champion the integration of new technology and modern systems
* Help to build the firm’s presence and reputation in the local market
