Hours - 37 Hrs/week over 39 weeks/year
Basis - Full Time, Permanent
Salary - Band 5 SCP (19 - 24) £32,061 - £35,412
Actual Salary - £27,652 - £30,542
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver a comprehensive, impartial careers programme for Years 7-11, supporting informed progression and reducing NEET risk.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, colleges, training providers, and HE institutions.
* Provide personalised careers guidance through 1:1 interviews, assemblies, events, and parental engagement.
* Manage, develop, and evaluate the school library as a high‑quality learning resource that promotes literacy and inclusion.
* Oversee systems, data, budgets, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with statutory and OFSTED guidance.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Satisfactory references will be requested prior to interview.
* Enhanced DBS check required.
* Medical check required.
* Evidence of qualifications verified.
