As a HR Advisor you will be working as part of the fast paced and dynamic People Team, team offering support to multiple locations across our Central Region spanning from North London up to Bradford, and will have the opportunity to expand on your current HR knowledge, qualifications and experience.
What you’ll do:
1. Building effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
2. Providing advise and guidance to support with a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure good practice.
3. Ensure compliance of relevant HR legalisation
4. Liaise with local management on HR issues and offer sensitive, confidential advise and support.
5. The role will cover all aspects of HR including recruitment and selection, attendance management, employee relations, recognition and reward, performance management and development.
6. Work closely with People Team to support delivering of key objectives.
7. Possess a sound understanding of internal development including organisational policies and practices.
8. Provide expertise on a range of HR Generalist issues

What you need:
Essential Criteria:
9. Level 5 CIPD qualification (or working towards it)
10. Demonstrable experience in an HR Generalist/Advisory role capacity (2 years +)
11. Experience using HR systems
12. IT proficient with excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office
13. Ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly, plan well and meet deadlines
14. Excellent communicator - written and verbal - with attention to detail
15. Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Desirable Criteria:
16. Multi site organisational experience
17. Experience with Trade Unions
18. Experience of HR analytics including analysing and benchmarking data.

The basics:
19. £39,148.96 - £43,153.55 depending on experience.
20. This is a Full time role. Hours of work will be negotiated with you in line with the needs of the service. Working from home is not possible in this role.
