We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our delivery team, ensuring efficient, safe, and legal trading that offers the highest customer service standards. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to customer satisfaction, pride in their work, and capable of motivating and developing their team to improve delivery operations.
This role is based at one of our delivery locations, where knowledge and experience in warehouse and transport operations are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead your team to ensure branch trading is efficient, safe, legal, and customer-focused.
2. Manage delivery costs and customer charges to meet targets.
3. Identify efficiency improvements and set challenging goals to optimize payroll costs.
4. Understand the local market to provide the best service and maximize customer satisfaction.
5. Manage team coverage for customer service, engaging with customers and using feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with regional teams to identify opportunities and enhance workflows.
