Are you looking to pass on your barbering skills and shape the careers of future professionals? This exciting role will include: Delivering inspiring and practical barbering lessons to learners at various levels. Supporting students in developing core technical skills and confidence in the salon environment. Planning and assessing coursework to meet awarding body standards. Contributing to the development of an engaging and inclusive curriculum. If you can demonstrate the following then we’d love to hear from you: A strong professional background in barbering with current industry knowledge. A minimum Level 2 qualification in Barbering or a related field. Great communication and mentoring skills with a passion for student success. A teaching qualification (desirable) or willingness to work towards one. For many of our teaching roles, we welcome applications from candidates at any stage of their career, including industry professionals with no/limited teaching experience. Annual salary: £26,094 - £40,207 FTE (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience) Hours: Part-time - 32 hours/52 weeks – will consider job shares.
