The Opportunity
We are hiring a Client Account Manager – PPC to take ownership of client relationships and communication across paid advertising accounts. This role is client-facing and operational, ensuring PPC performance, budgets, and expectations are clearly aligned between clients and our delivery team.
This is not a campaign execution role, but a strong understanding of PPC is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage communication for a portfolio of PPC clients
* Lead regular performance calls and written updates
* Ensure client goals, budgets, and KPIs are clearly understood and documented
* Act as the link between clients and PPC specialists
* Review reports and translate PPC data into clear client insights
* Support ad spend tracking and PPC invoice-related communication
* Proactively manage risks, expectations, and retention
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a client-facing or account management role within a PPC or digital agency
* Strong understanding of Google Ads and paid search fundamentals
* Confident English communication skills
* Comfortable discussing spend, performance, and optimisation strategy
* Highly organised with strong ownership mindset
* Experience working with agency billing or ad invoices is a plus
