In this role, you willbe responsible formanaging and developing business within veterinary practices acrosstheSouthwest. You will use your established network, commercial insight, and passion for animal health to support existing accounts, win new business, and deliver sustained revenue growth.Within this role you can havea genuineimpact;this is an opportunity to thrive in a fast-moving, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow sales across the companion,performanceand intensiveproductionanimal productportfoliostoveterinary practiceswithin the defined sales territory
* Build andmaintainstrong relationships with veterinary practices, key decision-makers, and clinical teams
* Identifyand secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and effective pipeline management
* Deliver engaging client meetings, presentations, and product education sessions to support best practice andoptimiseproduct use
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends within the region
* Data analytics and strategic targeting using Vision CMR and Power BI
* Meet and exceedsalesobjectives(including quarterly and yearly targets)ensuringaccurateforecasting andtimelyreporting of performance and activities
* Conducting competitor analysis – monitoring and reporting on competitor activities asrequired
* Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Represent Forte Healthcare at industry meetings, CPD events, exhibitions, and practice training sessions
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Veterinary Territory Manager, Veterinary Account Manager, orsimilar salesrole within the animal health industry
* Strong existing network of veterinary clients within theSouthwest
* Demonstrated success in field-based sales with the ability to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively
* Highly self-motivated,organised, and driven to exceed targets
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to educate clients at all levels
* Full UK drivinglicenseand willingnessfor significanttravelwithin thedefinedterritory, includingover nightstays
* Travel required for sales meetings/congress andadditionaleventsincludingovernightstays
* Background working within a high-growth sales environment
* Experience supporting CPD events or providing product training to clinical teams
* Knowledge of the UK veterinary landscape and market trends
