We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated
Business Trainer and Manager
to join our team. This role is crucial for delivering our cutting-edge educational programs and managing key operational aspects of our academy. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse group of students. Key Responsibilities: Training and Delivery: Deliver engaging and effective business training sessions both online and in-person. Teach courses on a range of topics, including entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and leadership. Adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups (6-17 and 18+). Operational Management: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the academy. Coordinate student enrollment, scheduling, and course logistics. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of our unique educational materials and programs. Networking and Promotion: Represent the academy at global and local events in the community. Help promote our courses and programs to a wider audience. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a business trainer, teacher, or manager. Strong knowledge of business principles and entrepreneurial practices. Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom).
