An established high-tech engineering company seeks a customer focused individual who has worked within a mechanical engineering environment and who has good diagnostic skills. This is fully on site with occasional travel to customer sites. The ideal Mechanical Support Engineer will bring: A minimum of a HNC/HND in a Mechanical Engineering discipline. Excellent customer-facing skills and documentation skills. Hands-on diagnostic skills within a mechanical engineering environment. The ability to present technical subjects with clarity. Good time management skills. The successful Mechanical Support Engineer will support both customers and sales teams with technical matters - via phone and email as well as assisting with customer visits and product training. You will also support new product introduction, keeping up to date on new and existing products.
