Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a First Line IT Support Engineer, located in Whitefield. The First Line IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, performing system administration tasks, and offering help desk support. The role involves daily interaction with clients to resolve their IT problems efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
* Proficiency in Information Technology and System Administration
* Experience in Help Desk Support
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant certifications in IT support, such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL, are a plus
* Must have experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
* Experience with Microsoft Servers & Azure, AD & Intune etc.
* Full driving licence

We work Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Salary
Salary based on skills and experience between starting from £26K per annum
