Marketing, Communications & Fundraising Lead (Part Time)
Hours: 17.5 - 28 per week (considering 2.5 to 4 days), within 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility for homeworking, with onsite presence required. Occasional weekend and evening work with notice for events.
Salary: £35k - £40k depending on experience

Reporting to the CEO, you will develop and execute innovative strategies to raise awareness, engagement, and income across multiple streams.
You should possess strong knowledge of marketing and communications, digital marketing, and social media, with confidence in engaging audiences through real-life stories to demonstrate impact and influence action. A proven track record in fundraising and income generation within the charity sector, including management and achieving targets, is essential.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, corporate partners, major donors, and individuals is also crucial.

We support people with learning disabilities to lead independent lives. Located on an 8-acre site in Bookham, Surrey, we offer accommodation, care, skills training, and activities for those with mild to moderate disabilities.
