Salary: £27,500-£30,000 per annum:

Required Skills & Experience:
This role is ideal for someone who is accurate, organised, and able to follow internal processes and deadlines to ensure excellent customer service.
6. Minimum 2 years' experience in a transactional finance role, ideally within recruitment or a contract-based environment
7. Hands-on experience with sales and purchase invoicing, client payments, and payment runs
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Key Responsibilities:
9. Provide daily support to the Pay and Bill team
10. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing across multiple client accounts
11. Allocate daily receipts accurately and efficiently
12. Manage credit control processes to maintain healthy cash flow
13. Prepare and execute monthly payment runs
14. Handle internal and external queries professionally and promptly
15. Process monthly staff expenses
16. Complete ad hoc finance tasks as required
