New Directions Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Aintree. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering an excellent opportunity for long-term work, with the potential to become a permanent role.

The Role:
4. Supporting the teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), working closely with class teachers to create a stimulating and safe learning environment
5. Assisting with planning and delivering activities that promote children’s social, emotional, and educational development
6. Providing one-to-one and small group support as needed, including supporting pupils with additional learning needs
The Ideal Candidate Will:
7. Have experience working with children in an Early Years or primary school setting (EYFS experience is essential)
8. Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education (or equivalent)
9. Be willing to complete (or already hold) an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
10. Be able to provide at least one recent reference related to working with children within the last 5 years
