Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automatic Coffee Installation Engineer with hands-on experience installing, commissioning, and maintaining Coffetek Vitro coffee machines, associated cabinets, and water/plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability, excellent customer service skills, and confidence working both independently and on client sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Install and commission Coffetek Vitro coffee machines and associated cabinets at customer premises.
* Carry out on-site plumbing connections, including water filtration systems, waste management, and drainage integration.
* Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and servicing of automatic coffee machines to ensure optimal performance and drink quality.
* Diagnose faults and complete efficient repairs, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
* Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements, utilities access, and cabinet layout.
* Provide technical support and user training to customers.
* Complete installation and service documentation accurately and promptly.
* Follow health & safety standards, including correct handling of electrical equipment, water systems, and heavy units.
* Maintain company tools, parts, and service vehicle to a high standard.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience working with Coffetek Vitro or similar automatic coffee machines.
* Strong understanding of plumbing systems, fittings, and water filtration equipment.
* Basic electrical knowledge (fault-finding, wiring, testing).
* Experience installing or servicing vending or coffee equipment (desirable).
* Ability to read technical diagrams and installation manuals.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Valid UK driving licence (or region equivalent).
* Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients.
