ABC Teachers - Primary Early Career Teachers (ECTs) Opportunities
ABC Teachers are seeking Primary Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work in long-term positions across all primary age groups in the Burton-on-Trent area. We are looking for candidates with valid experience from placements and holding valid UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

About the Role:
We are looking for ECTs to work in primary schools across Burton and surrounding areas. These roles include full-time positions starting in September 2025, as well as short-term and long-term placements leading up to then. Part-time work options are also available—please contact us to discuss.
Working with ABC Teachers allows you to choose your working days, with support tailored to your preferences. We regularly provide teachers to schools across the Midlands for daily, short-term, and long-term roles. This is an excellent opportunity to network and find the right school environment for you.
Candidate Requirements:
* Hold a PGCE/BeD qualification with valid QTS (or awaiting QTS)
* Provide two suitable references
* Have or be willing to obtain a DBS registered with the Update Service
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff
* Excellent time management
* Reliable and dedicated
* Passion for supporting pupils in reaching their full potential
