We are seeking an ambitious and driven Automotive Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role offers genuine autonomy, access to a warm customer base, and the opportunity to build a desk with national scope - but it also requires resilience, commitment, and a strong work ethic. Recruitment is not a standard 9 - 5 position. Success in this role requires flexibility, including taking calls in the evening to accommodate candidates and clients. The market can be fast-paced and demanding, and results are performance-driven.
