We are a leading beauty Salon in North Tyneside seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services, ensuring clients leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.
Duties
* Perform various beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures
* BIAB an advantage but full training can be provided
* Provide personalised consultations to clients to determine their beauty needs and preferences.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
* Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services.
* Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
* Promote products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.
* Proficiency in makeup application techniques is essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are advantageous.
