We are working with welcoming nurseries across Chelmsford who are seeking dedicated practitioners to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS.
The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS curriculum
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment rooted in EYFS principles
* Observe, assess, and contribute to planning within the EYFS framework
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Promote inclusion, curiosity, and confidence through high-quality EYFS practice
What We’re Looking For
* A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare (Level 3 desirable)
* A genuine passion for early years and the EYFS
* Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding
* A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
* A desire to make a positive difference in children’s lives

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
