Your New Role As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and specifying day-to-day repairs, conducting stock condition and measured surveys, and managing contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with the Senior Building Surveyor and use your expertise to advise on legislation, health & safety compliance, and cost control, while maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and residents.
