Multi Skilled Engineering Technician
Location: Market Drayton – Butter Plant
Contract: Permanent, 4 on 4 off shifts (days & nights, 7-7)
Salary: £54,000 per annum
We are seeking two Multi-Skilled Engineering Technicians to join our team at the Market Drayton Butter Plant on a permanent basis.
The role involves providing high-quality scheduled and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Candidate requirements:
* Completion of a recognized apprenticeship
* Experience as a multi-skilled engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment
* Automation skills and CI tools are advantageous
* Maintenance experience in manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings
* Fault find and remediate automation issues; strong electrical (HNC level) and mechanical skills
* Complete maintenance tasks, including PM, CBM, CI, and corrective actions; contribute to FMEA activities
* Identify and implement improvements
* This is a 4 on 4 off shift role covering days and nights
