Responsibilities
* Visiting customers in their homes across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas, and fixing appliance issues to get them up and running again.
* Managing your time through the day, keeping customers and colleagues updated on progress and keeping on top of stock levels in your van day by day.
* Have a full, valid driving licence. For upselling our products you’ll be rewarded with bonus incentives on the products you sell.
* Be organized, have strong communication skills, and be dedicated to finding the best outcome for the customer.
* Ideally, experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred, but self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills are essential. Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training and support has been designed to get you ready to deliver brilliant service to our customers.

* Industry-leading benefits; salary structure: £32,650 per annum starting if you don’t have White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience, with the opportunity to earn £38,423 once fully trained and meeting minimum requirements.
* £38,423 per annum starting salary if you have a minimum of 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience.
* Bonus potential of up to £2,500 per annum.

The ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, and maintain hand dexterity and colour vision are central requirements.
