My client is a Housing Association based in the West Midlands
Job Description
* Responsible for a number of key financial projects across the organisation including a review of some key revenue areas such as DLO, Care and Support Service ,Corporate Fleet, Cost lines, capitalisation approach, disposals
* Reviewing Business partnering practices and providing supporting and training
* Finance training for leadership team members and senior stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
* Qualified accountant
* Experience of delivering a complex change program within Finance
* Ideally proven experience within social housing sector
* Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
* Outstanding leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

£450 - £550 a day
9-12 months duration
Hybrid - 2 days onsite
