Head of Bids overall purposes- Responsible for defining and executing high-level bid strategies to secure contracts, directly influencing business growth and competitive positioning. This role oversees bid governance, ensures alignment with business objectives, and fosters a high-performance, strategically driven bid team. The postholder will engage at a senior level with key stakeholders, including board-level executives, to shape and refine the organisation's bid pipeline, ensuring sustainable business success.
