Join SSE plc to apply for the Siam & Supplier Integration Lead role. This role focuses on delivering the integration and onboarding of suppliers to ensure seamless technical service delivery, effective relationship management, and continual service improvement.
You will be responsible for
* Delivering SIAM and supplier integration and onboarding to enable seamless technical service delivery.
* Overseeing supplier contracts, conducting technical risk assessments, and cost management.
* Evaluating third-party change notices and developing technical integration patterns to maintain high standards of service and integration with the Service Management process and capability framework.
* Managing relationships with suppliers in partnership with Procurement & Commercial to ensure services meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
You have
* Understanding of SIAM supplier management and integration processes.
* Familiarity with operational service delivery frameworks and continual service improvement methodologies.
* Technical skills in defining, developing and implementing integration patterns.
* Ability to manage and evaluate technical services within supplier contracts.
* Proficiency in assessing technical risk, developing integration technologies and approving third-party change notices.
* Analytical mindset with cost management and budgeting skills.
