Job Description
You are probably an existing Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef looking for your first step into a Head Chef role.
You will have experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices).
Your work ethic involves rolling up your sleeves, leading from the front, and actively delivering excellent kitchen and food standards as part of a high-performing team.
You are familiar with managing through clear KPIs and making decisions considering labour, stock, food safety, and other factors.
You will have reported on various metrics such as GPs, labour, and food preparation in your previous roles.
You have successfully delivered training and recruitment for kitchen teams, including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, and Sous Chefs.
We love real cooking, and you'll be doing it with us using high-quality ingredients, fresh and customer-led. You'll be responsible for ensuring each dish is made to spec, in a clean and safe kitchen, completing all prep and par for each shift, and helping every customer leave happy with great food.
