Overview
Leigh Academy Minster is seeking a dynamic Inclusion Room and Alternative Provision Officer to support student well-being and learning. The role combines supervision of internal support rooms with management and quality assurance of all Alternative Provision placements, from administration and admissions to monitoring progress and safeguarding. This is a dual-focused role within a new mixed secondary academy dedicated to high standards of learning and personal development.
Responsibilities
* Lead supervision of students in internal support rooms, creating a calm, reflective, and productive learning environment.
* Manage and quality-assure all aspects of Alternative Provision placements, including administration, admissions, progress monitoring, safeguarding, and liaising with external agencies as required.
* Collaborate with the academy team to ensure seamless support for students both on-site and through external provisions.
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to placements, safeguarding, and student progress.
