This role involves working in a dynamic multidisciplinary community neuro-rehabilitation team, providing unsupervised dysphagia assessments and supporting clients in their own homes across Sheffield. Own transport is necessary for city-wide travel. The initial contract is anticipated to last 3-4 months.
