Salary : £19,972 for 22.5 hours per week (£31,956 (FTE))
Contract/Hours: Permanent, part time 3 days per week (flexibility on days)
Location: Flexible Office base at Sydenham, South London (with 1 day working from home)

The Volunteering Team support with all areas of volunteering, including recruitment, onboarding, problem solving, and the reward and recognition of volunteers. With over 1,200 volunteers at present, we strive to offer the best possible experience for all volunteers.
Were looking for an enthusiastic and community-minded individual to inspire and support people to get involved in volunteering.You will need to be a good listener with the ability to quickly establish good relationships with various stakeholders. You will be an excellent communicator with a good understanding of volunteering best practice. Your enthusiasm for volunteering and attention to detail will help create engaging communications and updates, showcasing St Christophers as a great place to volunteer!
This position has the potential for you to grow and develop a variety of skills and in-depth knowledge of volunteer development and management.You will be working as part of a small and supportive team which sits within the People Directorate.
