FP&A Manager | £55,000 - £70,000 | Fully Remote | PE-Backed Group A rare chance to build something from the ground up. Most finance roles ask you to maintain what’s already there. This one asks you to create what’s next. You’ll be joining a high-growth, private equity-backed group operating across multiple fast-moving businesses. Turnover already exceeds £30m, but with PE backing, bold leadership, and new systems investment, the next few years will see serious scale-up and transformation. And you’ll be at the centre of it — building, shaping, and owning the FP&A capability from scratch. What makes this different This isn’t about slotting into someone else’s framework. You’ll work directly with the CFO, COO, and CEO - people who want you at the table, not just in the background. Your mission Build the FP&A function from scratch across a diverse group of SME businesses Create dashboards, models, and KPIs that unlock commercial insight Bring structure, consistency, and foresight to financial planning and decision-making Partner with leadership to drive strategy, performance, and growth Help shape the group for future investment and eventual PE exit Who this suits This role will fit someone who thrives in pace, ambiguity, and change - where building is more exciting than maintaining.
