Findel Education is seeking a dynamic, commercially astute Senior Trade Manager to drive our global trade strategy across international and UK markets. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives on building distributor networks, launching tailored product ranges, and forging long-term partnerships with educational institutions and ministries.
What You’ll Do
* Lead trade growth strategy across multiple international regions
* Appoint and manage distributor and reseller networks
* Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop and launch market-specific product ranges
* Deliver product demonstrations and training to educators and procurement bodies
* Engage with Ministries of Education, NGOs, and global organisations
* Forecast and report territory performance with precision
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in international educational sales or trade development
* Experience managing distributor/reseller networks
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with institutional buyers
* Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
* Comfortable presenting, negotiating, and influencing at senior levels
* Willingness to travel internationally to deliver results
