The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be a key driver of UK commercial growth. This is an ideal entry point into the medical devices sector, offering exposure to both sales and clinical environments.
You will:
6. Qualify and nurture inbound enquiries while proactively generating new outbound opportunities.
7. Build credibility and trust with dental, surgical and veterinary professionals.
8. Understand clinical needs and recommend the right product solutions.
9. Support marketing and field sales teams by maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline.
10. Represent the brand as the first point of contact, ensuring a first-class customer experience.

The Person
This role suits someone who is:
11. Experienced in B2B phone-based sales (SDR, telesales, inside sales, business development).
12. Ideally educated in science, biomedical sciences, or a healthcare-related subject - or commercially experienced with genuine interest in the clinical sector.
13. A confident communicator with strong listening skills and a consultative approach.
14. Proactive, organised, structured and motivated by helping customers solve real clinical challenges.
15. Seeking a long-term career in the medical devices industry with strong training and development.
The Package
16. Basic Salary: £30,000-£40,000 (experience dependent)
17. Bonus: £5,000 performance-based
18. Benefits: Private healthcare, pension, 25 days' holiday + bank holidays
19. Location: Wakefield office, 5 days per week
