Phlebotomist
£20,837.25 per year (OTE of up to £38,000 pa with commission, expenses, and overtime, Expenses and Benefits)

The hours
30 hours per week
* 3 x 10-hour shifts per week (not including travel time), scheduled on a rota basis, any 3 days between Monday and Sunday.
* Shifts are scheduled any time between 6am and 10pm based on team allocation.
* The rota is released 3 weeks in advance and is rolling.
* Base salary of £20,837.25 per year (with potential OTE of up to £38,000 including commission, expenses, and overtime) plus standard company benefits.
Responsibilities
At Bluecrest, we prioritize high-quality service, including our clinic venues and the variety of locations you will work in across your region.
Your day begins with planning your route and traveling to your assigned venue, which may take from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Upon arrival, you will unpack and set up your equipment, then greet your customers. You can expect to see 15 to 22 customers daily, with appointments ranging from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the package and assessments selected.
You will perform various health assessments based on customer packages, including but not limited to PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests. You will also advise on further testing if appropriate and update all relevant administrative records.
You will not be responsible for relaying results or lifestyle advice after assessments.
