Salary: £25,905 - £26,111 (pro rata for part-time and sessional)
Hours: 26 hours 40 minutes per week, 39 weeks sessional
Monday to Friday.

We are a Catholic Primary school that has been part of the Lochend Community since the 1930s. We have 30 children attending our nursery. In the main school, we have 197 children in 8 classes, of which two are composite classes: P3/4 and P4/5. Our nursery class and school population are very diverse. We have children of many nationalities with 21 different home languages being spoken.
The School Leadership Team consists of Head Teacher, Principal Teacher and part-time Business Manager.
We have a School Administrator, part-time School Support Assistant and 6 permanent Pupil Support Assistants.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
