Estates and Engineering Co-ordinator | Administration| Facilities | St Anthony's Hospital -Sutton| North Cheam | Permanent - Full Time role 37.5 hours per week
Spire St Anthony’s Hospital is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support our Estates and Engineering team in the smooth running of their department.
Founded in 1904, Spire St Anthony's Hospital delivers care from skilled and dedicated staff working together with leading medical practitioners. With a recent 27m development investment we provide very high quality healthcare to patients around Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London. We offer a different approach to private healthcare offering a variety of specialist treatments across 6 theatres, a Physiotherapy Department with Hydrotherapy Pool and offer level 2 and 3 critical care
Duties and responsibilities:
Your tasks will include co-ordinating the daily work orders, ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date and ensure all contractor documentation is complete. You will assist with the renewal of service contracts, maintain our database to ensure current position of work orders and manage calls coming into the department.
Who we're looking for:
* An experienced Administrator with good computer literacy is a must
* Experience working in facilities or building services would be a benefit
* You will need to be organised with good attention to detail
