Responsibilities
* Tailor the English curriculum and teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your students.
* Implement and adapt alternative literacy frameworks to support student progress.
* Cultivate a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
* Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Employ effective classroom management skills to ensure a productive and focused atmosphere.
Requirements
* You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role is essential.
* Experience teaching students with a range of special needs, particularly Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), is highly preferred.
* You must have an Enhanced DBS check or be willing for one.
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
