Duties

* Upsell beauty products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas to ensure a professional environment.
* Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
* Demonstrate effective communication skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
* Proven experience in the beauty industry with relevant qualifications.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction.
* Ability to perform various beauty treatments, including barbering techniques if applicable.
* Excellent management skills to oversee daily operations effectively.
