Deputy Nursery Manager
Salary : From £26,000
Hours Per Week: 40 hours (flexible)
Shift Times: 07:30 - 18:00

To be considered for the role of Deputy Nursery Manager you will have:
* A minimum of a Level 3 Childcare related qualification
* GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics Grade C or above (if Childcare Qualification achieved after September 2014)
* Previous Early Year Management or Leadership experience
* Excellent knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED frameworks

The role of a Deputy Nursery Manager within the Nursery involves:
* Deputising for the Manager in their absence
* Assisting with the day to day running of the Nursery
* Assisting with training and carrying out staff appraisals
* Keeping accurate records for both children and members of staff
* Leading daily and weekly meeting, alongside the management team
* Ensuring the Nursery is compliant with internal and external policies and procedures.
* Developing good relationships with the Nursery team and external agencies
* Ensuring the highest level of care is being delivered.
* Being responsible for several key children as when needed
* Ensuring there are good staffing levels and when needed assist with the recruitment process.
