The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Key Account Manager to take the lead on managing and growing relationships with our biggest clients.
You’ll be their go-to expert, guiding them through onboarding, training, and developing tailored marketing strategies that drive maximum ROI, boost retention, and deliver measurable growth.
This role puts you at the centre of our Key Accounts team, collaborating with sales, customer success, support, creative, and communications colleagues to ensure your accounts get the very best from our platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of your allocated key accounts – from onboarding through to long-term growth.
* Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
* Deliver engaging online and on-site training to maximise product usage and results.
* Conduct monthly business reviews to demonstrate ROI and identify upsell opportunities.
* Manage renewals and expansion conversations to drive additional revenue.
* Resolve complex issues by liaising with internal teams, acting as the client’s advocate.
* Work closely with clients to design and implement bespoke marketing strategies.
* Support in creating training resources and educational content to boost adoption.
* Keep CRM records up to date with all client interactions and account changes.
* Promote the Nurtur brand through professional, high-quality client engagement.
* Arrange testimonials and case studies to share client success stories.
About You
* Experience in account management, client services, or project management.
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
* Knowledge of the property industry is a strong advantage.
* Highly organised with strong multi-tasking abilities.
* Proven relationship-builder with a knack for spotting upsell opportunities.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with CRM systems.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused.
* Willing to travel UK-wide (including some overnight stays).
* Full UK driving licence.
* Marketing experience would be a bonus.
