The Role We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Key Account Manager to take the lead on managing and growing relationships with our biggest clients. You’ll be their go-to expert, guiding them through onboarding, training, and developing tailored marketing strategies that drive maximum ROI, boost retention, and deliver measurable growth. This role puts you at the centre of our Key Accounts team, collaborating with sales, customer success, support, creative, and communications colleagues to ensure your accounts get the very best from our platform. Main responsibilities include: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key clients, becoming their go to marketing consultant and brand advocate Lead client communication across the full lifecycle including onboarding, strategy development, campaign planning, execution and reporting Translate client business objectives into clear digital marketing strategies across channels such as social media, paid media, content, search and email Develop account plans that identify growth opportunities and manage budgets, forecasts and overall commercial performance Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations Work closely with internal creative, media, analytics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and high quality output Present performance reports and strategic roadmaps to clients and internal stakeholders Stay informed about digital marketing trends, new technologies and best practices, and share insights with clients Continually improve processes, communications and service delivery to provide a best in class client experience What We’re Looking For We want someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who is ready to step into a more strategic and relationship focused role.
