Job Description:
Due to internal promotion and development within the finance team, my client based in Maidstone is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk/Revenue Assistant.
Duties will include:
1. Producing sales invoices, including manual raising of invoices
2. Managing accounts, ensuring all customers adhere to the agreed payment terms
3. Daily cash allocation/reconciliation
4. Checking all invoice prices and making any changes accurately
5. Production of credit and debit notes
6. Maintaining customer information
7. Assisting with general office duties
You should have excellent IT, verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. You must be able to work effectively in a team and possess good numerical skills, as well as being able to problem solve.
