As an engineering services organization, we use the processes and software we recommend to our clients. We leverage two decades of PLM domain expertise, industry‑leading software partnerships, innovative training services, and a laser‑like focus on understanding the product development challenges specific to each of our clients.</p><h3>Area of Responsibility</h3><ul><li>Understand Business Process to develop highly customized training content</li><li>Work with cross‑functional teams to analyse training needs and create role‑based training content for both online and offline consumption</li><li>Evaluate success of training implementation by assessing achievement of learning objectives and transfer of knowledge to continuously improve training solutions and identify future learning needs</li><li>Utilize a variety of techniques, concepts and development of training programs and strategies; Manage the learning experience consistent with company philosophy and company‑wide strategy</li><li>Critically examining the trainees’ understanding and progress and making necessary adjustments to the training</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned or requested towards the success of the business</li></ul><h3>Knowledge / Experience</h3><ul><li>Experience in understanding business process, training content development, instructional design, curriculum development or any equivalent combination of consulting, training and experience.</li><li>Must have experience in developing functional training for large software systems like PLM, ERP, CRM, etc.</li><li>Proficient in content creation tools like <b>Camtasia / Articulate storyline, PPT, SharePoint, etc.</b></li><li>Awareness of different modules in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.</li><li>Understanding of ID methodologies, adult learning principles and writing standards.</li><li>Organizational and time management abilities, phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills along with critical thinking and decision making.</li><li>Working experience with Agile approaches LeSS, SAFe, Kanban with good working knowledge with ALM tools like JIRA and confluence.</li><li>Good to have:</li><li>Corporate training experience.</li><li>LMS Management Experience.</li><li>Corporate training skills and experience.</li><li>Functional experience in automotive domain.</li><li>Training & Development, or ID certification.</li></ul><p><b>If you are passionate about bringing innovation to the projects you work on and want to join a global company, then this is the place for you.</b></p><p><b>Tata Technologies: Engineering a better world.</b></p></div>
