Care Assistant Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support older adults in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.
Care Assistant duties include:
1. Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
2. Meal preparation and support
3. Medication assistance
4. Companionship and emotional support
5. Pet care and assistance with social outings and appointments
Part-Time Working Hours
6. Part-time hours based on your preferred regular availability (AM & PM hours available)
7. Regular clients to support continuity of care, including paid introductions to clients before you start care visits.
8. Availability to work every other weekend is essential
Pay & Benefits
9. £13.00 - £14.00ph
10. Paid travel time
11. Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
12. 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)
13. Pension scheme
14. Full training provided – no previous care experience required
